Payment methods

All prices shown are expressed in Euro currency (EUR), include VAT at the prevailing rate and appear in the price list of the products displayed in the shop, as well as in the payment methods field available to the user/customer.

The payment methods we accept:

• Multibanco / Payshop
• Credit card
• Paypal
• Bank transfer

We don’t send orders via the COD system. Sending orders by cash on delivery increases costs and, given that there are false customers who take advantage of this option to financially damage their competitor’s suppliers by not picking up their orders, this method of delivery is out of the question for these reasons.

Payment by bank transfer is safe because everything is recorded for the customer and for Jufactory. If there are any problems, the bank can always interfere, so both sides always have a record and proof of payment of which account the money came from and the destination account number.
